Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueMy mother and I went in for a refill. They were very rude and barely spoke to either besides when it was time to pay. The place is very dirty and they use the same rag for multiple customers. I received a refill and gel top coat this past Friday 11/26 and the very next day the nail polish is bubbled and peeled off on most nails. The lady who did my nails was in a rush and did not take the time to allow my nails to dry or even take the time to even the acrylic out. My nails are bumpy and misshaped. My mother and I went in for a refill. They were very rude and barely spoke to either besides when it was time to pay. The place is very dirty and they use the same rag for multiple customers. I received a refill and gel top coat this past Friday 11/26 and the very next day the nail polish is bubbled and peeled off on most nails. It was rushed , they only clipped and filed the nails did not do anything to the cuticles. The person that did mine grated the top of my foot and caused a wound, I’ve attached pictures. On my little toe where the bandaid is she cut half the nail off down to my flesh.The person that did my mom’s kept stopping to answer the phone. My parents and I did pedicures together here and it was a horrible experience. It was rushed , they only clipped and filed the nails did not do anything to the cuticles. The person that did mine grated the top of my foot and caused a wound, I’ve attached pictures. Tomorrow I am attending a wedding and stopped in for a pedicure and short set which I obtained an appointment for. The appointment didn’t matter because I waited a substantial amount of time. Pedicure and a short set took a little over three hours. The atmosphere was lazy. I had to guide two different people through a pedicure. Not only am I dissatisfied but I’m disgusted. After the pedicure became somewhat decent I waited another 35-40 min to get my nails done. During getting my nails done I’m having to explain to the tech too many things like… I don’t want glue on my hands and you’re drilling my skin. I’ve been here maybe three times and I only go if I can’t get into Nubella. Tomorrow I am attending a wedding and stopped in for a pedicure and short set which I obtained an appointment for. The appointment didn’t matter because I waited a substantial amount of time. Pedicure and a short set took a little over three hours. The atmosphere was lazy. Kim was giving me a pedicure and it was a painful experience. She was rushing and very rough. I told her she was hurting my toes when she was using the drill but I didn’t know how bad it was until she finished. I looked at my big toe and it was bloody and swollen. Before I could say anything Kim told me “Oh, I didn’t do that”. I was livid! I’m suppose to enjoy my pedicure, but instead I’m leaving the shop limping. I’ve had a few bad experience but this one took the cake. I will not be returning here. I shouldn’t have to feel like I have to hide my feet because it looks like someone hit it with a hammer. So today I wanted to get pampered before I go back to nursing school next week and little did I know I would be in for a rude awakening. Kim was giving me a pedicure and it was a painful experience.
