Positive: Cleanliness, QualityMaria was so extremely tasteful with first ever highlights and beautiful cut that she gave to our soon to be 13 year old daughter. She can be quite shy but toward the end of the appointment, my daughter was finally talking. Haha. Maria had her walking out of her salon feeling like a million bucks and it was so great to see. Maria was so extremely tasteful with first ever highlights and beautiful cut that she gave to our soon to be 13 year old daughter. Maria is a talented stylist and a highly professional business woman who is also very kind. She runs her Cicero, NY shop with efficiency and takes a personal interest in her clients. Her staff is of the highest caliber and they aim to please. The shop itself has extra amenities making it a pleasant place to be. There is also a large selection of quality beauty products to purchase, if you wish. At all times, especially during these Covid times, the shop is immaculate and exceptional care is taken to ensure safety. Years ago my schedule permitted an occasional massage and they were good at this location. I worked with Maria the entire time and she was amazing. Maria was very communicative throughout our entire wedding process. Maria reached out several times to verify our date was still happening, the bridal list, the costs, and the location. Maria was able to complete my trial makeup run and change things based on what I wanted for my wedding. The day of the wedding, Maria showed up earlier than expected with her co-worker. Maria was professional throughout the entire wedding morning and until our ceremony started. I would definitely recommend Maria and MLO Salon & Spa for anything beauty related.
