I enjoyed my first time experience with lymphatic massage with red light therapy! The essential oils were great! The massage focused on lymphatic regions of my body and the red light therapy absolutely helped with my pulled muscle as it felt better after that session. I will be back for more!

I’ve been treating since 7/22/2022 and the results have been amazing!! There are no words to describe how my life changed. The first time I saw Rocio, I was in bad shape. I had difficulties with walking and my body was very swollen. During the 1st visit, I saw a big change. My swelling came down, I felt lighter and was able to walk with less difficulty. So far, I’m no longer using the cane to walk, I have lost weight through the MLD therapy and continue to feel MUCH better. I’m so grateful to find Rocio and Kianni.

I want to share my amazing experience at MLD! First off, I received a massage by Dionne. She’s was so detailed and took her take to time work on my sciatic nerve pain. She performed a mix of trigger point therapy, sport massage, and etc!! I felt like a outer body experience as well! She has magic hands! The whole MLD team are the dream team. All of the therapists have a lot of experience under their belt and are very amazing ladies! The studios are by the way are beautiful, always clean, and have super zen vibes. Everyone is so welcoming and sweet. Always great vibes. Also, I recently experienced their newest service, the LightStim LED Bed. It’s a LED light therapy bed treatment. You lay on this beautiful LED Bed for 40 mins. 20 minutes face up and the remaining 20 minutes face down. The benefits of laying down in this bed include:

Very professionally done massage. Eva worked out a lot of fluids in my body and got them moving to reduce the edema. She also gave me some tips of what I could do to reduce the edema between sessions. Very helpful and my edema is going away finally.
