After waiting an hour and a half and being skipped (I think this was because only one out of three is nice and knows how to do nails) I finally got sat down. My friend and I walked in around 11 AM on a Friday to both get deluxe pedicures. We were able to get set up immediately, just had to wait a little bit (which was understandable!) since I think there were only 2 women working at the time. They were both very friendly and were so excited for my friend when we explained she was getting married that weekend 🙂 The chairs were comfortable and the nail techs were so helpful in getting all the chair settings just right so that we could fully enjoy the pedicure. It felt great and our toes look great, too! Pricing was super reasonable for all the things you get in the service.

All in all, not a terrible experience. Very clean and pretty space. They honestly can’t keep up with the amount of customers coming in. Also, the relay between what you want them to do and what they’ll understand is a lag. I suggest you better take a pic for reference.

This was my first time visiting here and I had a great experience! I had to wait about a hour but I didn’t mind since there were only 3ppl working. Ms. Lisa and Ms. Kim did a really great job on my pedicure.. seriously I had the Elmyra feet (from Martin) lol They were kind and I even received a birthday discount I’ll definitely be returning here in the future… 10 out of 10

Unbelievably poor customer service. I arrived 10 mins after opening and only 2 customers were in the building. I was told that other customers had “called in and were otw” and it would be a 3 hour wait. I agreed to wait and provided my name and cell number. They advised they would text when they were ready for me. 3.5 hours later, I received a text and headed back to salon. When I arrived, I was informed that it was their “automated system”that texted me and I still had a 2 hour wait! I thought it was a fluke and 1 off bad experience…so I gave them another shot today. Almost the exact same experience! I understand wanting to service ALL customers, but if you consider yourself a walk-in nail salon and you’re advising 3 hour waits with only 1-2 customers in your salon at a time is unreal. Advertise as a appointment only salon if that’s how your essentially operating
