I used to love Baystate and stayed here when MK took over. I like the ladies Mog and Katie but I don’t like they are trying to teach their sister Susan on me! I gave her a chance I was there for 1 hr 1/12 and she killed my nails from cutting cuticles to much. Send her to classes or have her practice on you. I won’t be back Acrylic nails, Pedicure, Waxing

Always loved this place. Able to just walk in most days, which was the case today. Had a wonderful deluxe pedicure $60 for lavender soak, scrub, heated towels, hot stone massage and gel pedi. Super friendly and very relaxing!

I had Sara and she was very attentive with my nails, but finished in a reasonable amount of time. I got an acrylic set with gel polish and it looks great. My only thing is that their “matte” polish did not maintain more than a couple days.

First time here – really clean salon, good prices and they do the works with hot towels, lotion, free bottled waters. Each set of nail tools are in sealed steri pouches, always a welcome sight! And of course the manicure came out looking great 🙂
