I should have looked at the reviews before trying the place. Got my name on the list. Quoted 30 min. I didn’t leave the location. Noticed they were picking who to cut. They’d ask the name of the person and use the highlighter to remove them from the list even though there were names above that them on the list. Over an hour goes by. After four other names got crossed off as I’m standing right at the counter I decided to leave. They win I guess.

I was at saloon at 5:05pm on a Tuesday afternoon. There were only two hair stylists available. When I asked the man what’s the wait time, he said, it will be 25mins and the lady said she should be open soon. So I decided add my name to the list and was seated in the sofa. At this point there were only two customers in the shop. At about 5:30pm the one of the chairs opened up so I stood up went towards the chair. The male hairstylist decided get himself an haircut from a new hairstylist (lady) who appeared out of nowhere. I still sat there patiently. At 5:45pm the male hairstylist told he is done for the day. Despite the fact I was seated right in front of him for the past 40mins. He suggested “maybe” the lady has some time for the haircut. When I walked up to her, she said her wait time was another hour. (Which was soon when I first asked)

Time wait is utterly and completely unprofessionally long . I’ve come in day after day with no service or acknowledgment . Customer service is clearly not a first priority to this franchise . I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this business it’s a waste of time !!!!!! Hair extensions

So around June 2021, I went here to get a haircut for my cousin’s wedding. I went inside expecting it to be good. I went to one of the barbers to get my cut and she was going to aggressive with the trimmer. I looked in the mirror and realized she did me sooooooo wrong! Then I went to another barber in the same place to fix it now but he pushed my hairline back even more! I was so shocked to the point where I forgot the refund! I had another bad barber weeks before this and then I got messed up 2 times in the same shop! I had to wear a durag and a tux to the wedding which made me VERY EMBARRASSED! DON’T GO HERE AT ALL IF YOU EVEN WANT A DECENT CUT! THEY DISCOMBOBULATED MY HAIRLINE 2 TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!!

Definitely a business about the money and not service or quality of cut. Hair was pretty much chopped and told good enough. Also I was overlooked by the Hispanic barbers doing nothing and some other dude came and got me for a cut. But right after me a Hispanic dude came in and had 2 barbers try to cut his hair LOL. Either way terrible time I’ll go somewhere else or just have my 1 year old cut my hair or something.

My boyfriend and I went in to get his hair cut, we waited only about 5 mins for Sally to finish up with the last cut and for her to clean her station. While she was cutting his hair she was very friendly, talkative and all around made him feel comfortable. He got his hair cut, beard trimmed and conditioned. Sally did an amazing job! One of the best cuts he’s ever had. We will definitely be back to see her!
