I had an appt for hair wash and hair straightening at 10:15am… I made the appointment over 2 weeks in advance. I get there and I am told that I had a Botox appointment. I proceeded to tell them that is not my appointment type and what I am needing. So they asked me to wait 30 minutes to be able to get done what I had originally requested. He also told me that my appointment was at 10:30 AM when I know that it was at 10:15 AM. They have lost me as a customer and my family members that were hoping to get the same hair service done as well.

There it’s a very happy atmosphere very clean . I loved my color and highlights and haircut. They also hairstyle my hair to show me other ways to style my hair. I live in Irving but I will drive a little extra to get the amazing service and amazing hairstyles. It an awesome experience I do recommend this place very highly.
