Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityWorst Experience EVER!!! Older Caucasian lady who I guess owns the place did not know how to cut hair AT ALL!!! She had her 2 dogs running all around the shop, she smelt like cigarettes, her clippers where in the worst condition ever because they kept snagging on my hair and beard, The lady does not know how to cut African American hair obviously so instead of her telling me she did not know how to cut African American hair she let me get into her chair and mess my hair up so bad I had to tell her to stop. She did not charge me because she seen the frustration on my face.
