I just came out of this place… I always come here once a month. Two ladies are always great, however the rest are rude. They ask for us to pick the color… has no patience!! I ask for help and she refuse!!! They do great nails but today is officially the last time I go. It’s so sad they act like this. Nails did not come out that great this time. Very upset

Went in for a regular pedi and gel mani. I could tell the technician who helped me was not as experienced and was a little rough at times, especially when pushing my cuticles back. However, she put in a lot of effort and paid close attention to detail, which I appreciate. Can’t beat the price for how great the pedi and mani ended up looking.

I never write reviews but the lady who did my nails caused my cuticles to bleed. I booked an online appointment but it doesn’t matter because walking in it was packed and we had to wait even though we had appointments. The lady was too harsh and went very rough when filing. She kept making facial expressions because i asked for my nails to be long. She didn’t support my fingers when filing so my nail beds were in pain the following day. I showed her a design I wanted but she laughed and said no so I told her it was fine. She kept laughing throughout the session with her co workers and I felt she was laughing about me. Everything was rushed and at the end the design she could do was not great, I had to go home and paint over it. Would not go there again.

I always had a good experience at Miya Nail. There was one time I had a issue because someone got taken ahead of me and they gave me 5 off my total. The owner is nice to me. Once she sees its me (knowing I am a constant customer) she says hello and smiles. Sometimes she check on the work the ladies are doing on my nails, to be sure its being done right. All the ladies have done decent jobs on my nails and my powder lasts long, my nails grow in nicely and the place is very clean and they play some good music, even hip hop.
