I went in for a gel manicure the lady who did my nails was not detail oriented. I also got my gel pedicure and that experience was alright. The lady (manager) who did my manicure left bumps on most of my nails and forgot to paint 1/3 of my nail, only doing the top. Someone else tried to fix it and said it was CHEAPER to just remove half the nail polish on each nail and then repaint. The paint turned out uneven and at this point I had several cuts on my hands. I asked them to remove it so I could leave because they agreed it was so bad. So they did and couldn’t get them nice enough snd left them all scratched up and much shorter than I wanted because they wouldn’t stop filing them. 3 hours later I got no where.

Critical: ProfessionalismCame in to get a fill-in at 3:29. Was told to come back at 4:10 due to high costumer volume. Decided to kill some time and went to Rite Aid across the street. After sitting out in front of the store and looking in Rite Aid for some time, I went back inside at 4:09 only to be told that they didn’t save a spot for me and couldn’t see me today because they didn’t think I was coming back. I have to go to bed early on Sunday’s because I wake up very early on Monday mornings to go to work and wasting my time like this is something that angers me. Wi never come here again.
