She gave me a relaxer without my permission with chemical burns on my edges. I wanted my hair trimmed evenly from the previous bad cut and she made it worse. I asked for a bob haircut and was severely cut on the back of my neck several times from noisy, rough unoiled clippers. I told Mitzi I was tender headed and she proceeded to man-handle my head and neck very rough. She spent her time talking to her friend instead of concentrating on her new customer. Said friend is seen in all of the pictures taken; that’s how close she was.The total for the services: she covered the burns with edge gel, was unable to take a credit or debit card, and charged me $90 for my tears. I was given the idea she was christian ( small c ) when she refused to rectify the situation or apologize after I emailed her with my grievances. I found the whole event unprofessional, unsavory and sad. I am finally posting this because my family and friends wanted to make sure that no one else is treated this way. Me? Never again. The last 3 before/after pics are of my hair after Mitzi’s and the new haircut/style I had to have done a week later. God bless.
