Critical: Cleanliness, QualityUnsanitary the owner used the same unclean tools for her previous client and soaked me in a dirty bowl which she used with her previous client. You can see there was lint in my thumb and she continue to do my nails like nothing was there. I just gave her my hands and let her do her thing she’s licensed for I reason. But I guess some people just pass their license for a nail technician and do the most unhygienic thing not like they were taught. Unsanitary the owner used the same unclean tools for her previous client and soaked me in a dirty bowl which she used with her previous client. First time coming to Mitzie and I’m telling you I’m super happy!! Before I came here I googled best salon near me and to a whopping 4:5 Star she was google number one choice! You won’t be disappointed go see mitzie she’s now my personal nail tech! Thanks miztie You Get 10 out a 10

Customer service was not very friendly. When I walked in people were just staring at me for a second and didn’t say anything. They were too short Staffed to provide service, However there was only 2 clients. The inside is gorgeous. They have a lot of options to decorate nails. The chairs are very fancy and nice. I wouldn’t return though. I like to be welcomed and feel welcome when I enter business.

I made an appointment and then mitzy made herself unavailable bc “friends” popped up. This other girl did my nails and told me it would be $50. All I wanted was a new set with a different color on each nail. When the girls was done she said “Mitzy..a how much ar nail?” As if she was looking to be praised. I had my card in my hand and Mitzys surgery body disrespectful self took my card out my hand without a word. I definitely let her know don’t touch anything that wasn’t handed to her! TF?! How much are my nails?? She said $65 for a new REGULAR set?! Mind you..all this nail tech did was cut up my cuticles and over file being extra rough!!! Giiirrrlllll….this shop looks pretty but it’s a waste of money. 2 nails broke within that week!

had to ask the nail tech to cut and even out my jagged nails. she intended to literally just paint them, no extra care, no basic mani service….imagine. the colors for my mani/pedi were not at all what I asked for but alas, she painted away quickly. gel mani lasted for 1 week before chipping. doubtful that they sanitize the tools in between clients.

If you appreciate your time and money stay away from this place. First time going in this place after reading all the good reviews decided to give it a try never again first of all the place is dirty and only one lady doing nails , I ask for a full simple set of acrylic nails with gel color and she did a horrible job very messy and sloppy my nails were super thick and had acrylic under my nails The gel polish was all over my fingers and started to wrinkle because it was not cured properly she looked at it and didn’t even bother to fix it also gave me a lot of cuts because she’s very rough and works in a rush if she has another client waiting for her. Long story short as soon as I walk out the door took ripped the nails off and when right to the pharmacy to buy an ointment for all the cuts she gave me.

I went here for the first time after reading all of the reviews. The lady who did my gel manicure and pedicure was very nice. I loved the color and how it came out. I would have given this place 5 stars but the technician gave me so many cuts! I literally have cuts on almost all of my toes and fingers. She was a bit rough. If it weren’t for that I would give it a much higher rating. Not sure if I will return. If I do maybe I’ll try out the owner if she is present.

I have been going to this gifted and talented artist for many years. I like her work because she’s very creative. Its truly refreshing to get an African American nail technician that does good work. I say this because this industry is always dominated by Asians. She’s my black Asian. Very Happy customer. Highly recommend.
