Critical: QualityThis is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. It’s only been 5 days and 4 of my nails has either broken or chipped. And I don’t even have a no chip, I have a dipped powder polish I would not recommend this place

11/12/2020 , 3 stars: went in for a dip and it was just done poorly. there a bubbles and indents. my nails are not smooth. The service was fast which maybe is why my nails look so bad, but that was 1 positive.

This place is nice but the wait time is horrible. Two and a half hours from my pedicure being done to wait for my nail to get fix and then ONLY the head person knew how to do nails with out using the drill! Please understand the drill thins your nail bed making it prone to be broken easily. Other than that he did the damn thing.

Ana was my go to for years until I made an appointment and she didn’t respect the time on it. My appointment was for 10:00, and then she told me she won’t be free until 12. I texted her to confirm a day before and when I arrived they wanted some lady to do my mom’s nails, but she’s pretty messy and I don’t like her job. I understand the “don’t want to miss a customer thing” but what are appointments for. So disappointed they won’t respect the appointment times, I never mind waiting 10-15 min (which always had to, even with appointment) but 2hrs?

People!!! Go schedule your appointment with Ryan. Attention to detail! I am very picky, mainly because I can do my own acrylic, gel and no chip nails. It just takes me longer to do them and sometimes it’s just nice to have someone else do them for me. He does a phenomenal job!

UPDATE: They redeemed themselves!! Ryan called and apologized about the hangs ups, that was very nice. I went back today for a fill and Ryan was awesome!! I love my chrome nail color! Thanks Mity Nails!! See picture below of my awesome nails!

Probably the worst service I’ve ever received. I went to get one nail fixed. The initial wait wasn’t long at all in the lobby area. I was then told to sit at someone’s chair and they’d be right with me. I waited 10-15 minutes. Someone finally showed up and she was doing my repair and someone else’s nails at the same time going back and forth.. she was extremely rushed and did a terrible job on my repair.. It’s uneven and extremely thin. When she was finished I didn’t even want to ask her to fix it considering the service I already received. I definitely do not recommend them.

I received a pedicure and a dip for my nail services. Pedicure was by far one of the worst I have received anywhere. It was done in about 15 minutes. Massage lasted about 30 seconds on each leg and the polish looks terrible. I would have said something about the polish when I was there but I did not realize how bad they were until I got home. Only reason I am not giving this place a 1 star is because although my dip powder set it subpar, the gentleman who did it for me was apologetic and willing to fix it when I pointed out the flaws.
