Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI’ve always been the type of person not to really care about my hair because hair is hair and it will grow back, but the picture I showed the stylus is nothing like what I got, I asked for like a medium brown and I got jet black, I asked for a very small trim I just wanted it to even out my hair, completely hacked all of my hair off, the cut was not even my hair went down to like the middle of my back and by the time I left the salon it was far past my shoulders, she kept telling me you said you wanted this but I had never said that I said I wanted a very small trim and I made that clear, also told me that we could do the color that I wanted but give me a completely different color.
