This man totally butchered his hair, he simply ask for a taper and it looks TERRIBLE!!! I recently just moved to the area and trusted Waletwotimes (Instagram handle) to cut my teenage sons hair. This man totally butchered his hair, he simply ask for a taper and it looks TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT GO HERE! Businesses provide CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called to ask what time they closed. A gentleman answered and said 8 p.m. I arrived at 7:35 and the sign was off. I walked up to the door and they motioned to me that they were closed. If you don’t intend on waiting on me after a certain time, that should have been said WHEN I CALLED. I’ve been providing customer service for 17 years, and I’d never dream of turning a good customer seeking MY services away; and certainly NOT Before the time that I HAVE PRINTED ON MY ESTABLISHMENT THAT MY BUSINESS IS TO CLOSE.
