The whole crew is very helpful, friendly, professional, and attentive to detail. Jessica always is efficient and on her A game! Very good conversationalist and listener. I can see why she is booked out all the time. And, the management team is awesome and the owner takes very good care of the employees. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I have been coming here for quite a while now and never have had a less than exceptional experience. The whole crew is very helpful, friendly, professional, and attentive to detail. Jessica always is efficient and on her A game! Very good conversationalist and listener. I can see why she is booked out all the time. The girls are really nice but seem to be fresh out of the school. I went back twice 2 different stylists, I didn’t end up liking my hair either time. With experience I’m sure these girls will be great but right now they don’t know the difference between a picky customer and a non picky. I just wanted it to look good and for them to use their best judgement honestly wouldn’t of cared what type of haircut it was. I wasn’t impressed with how much it costs and how big of a name it is.

I have recently returned to Mitch Men’s Salon after living away from the Bloomington/Normal area for some time. I am glad to see the high standards and great service at Mitch are still priority. Fun and hip atmosphere, accompanied by a fantastic staff– might I recommend Jessica, she is so sweet and gives a great cut! A great selection of services at a fair and reasonable price, they always seem to be able to squeeze in a last minute appointment, here and there, which helps with a busy schedule. You won’t be disappointed!
