I booked an apt with TYRANN REID and an hour before my appt she texted said she was running over with a clients so I said ok how much time you need she said 1 hour and i confirmed 1 hour . When i got there she was still working on his head . I asked how much longer, she said 30 mins . annoyed i decided to wait. While waiting she asked if i could run next door for braiding gel cause she’ll need it for my hair . I said yea reluctantly but it was sold out. She then asked if i would drive 20 mins away to east st louis to get some . (what?) .. i said NO and demanded a refund. She said no refused so i threatened to call the owner and then she gave me back my deposit. You broke the agreement by being late and not having the tools to do my hair . She acted like i was crazy . But she was crazy , unprofessional and ghetto i waited 45 mins at the shop +1 hour lead way she asked for .

ALERT!!! I booked an appt. on 4/20 with a young lady named Tyann Reid for senagalese twist. The day before the appt. she told me she didn’t have a babysitter for her kids and need to rescedule. The next day this young lady blocked me and refused to return my deposit. Ive been asking for my money for days and she refuse to return it. I hope the owner sees this because she is very unprofessional!. I’m not sure if Im the first person she’s done this to, but lady’s be aware!.

A clean, safe and trendy shop situated next door to a full service beauty supply. Very complimenting! This place is literally a one stop shop. There’s not a single service that they can’t provide. Everyone should have a Mister’s Barber and Beauty Shop experience at least once. It will change your life, and they are surely guaranteed to make you smile all the way home. Shot out to Barber Ron. One of the greatest of all time. I visit him weekly. Appointment only though. He’s worth every penny!
