Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI go in to get facials done with maddy and I love it. She was very professional and would communicate and explain to me what she was going to do. I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed my facial with her. My skin always feels great after, she’s seriously the best! 🙂

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI recently went to the spa for a customized facial at $70. I filled out their forms, informing them of what I mainly wanted the facial to focus on, as it was customizable to a certain extent, blackhead removal and a relaxing time. I feel I got more of the relaxing part, I walked out with the same amount of blackheads I came in with. My esthetician was kind and gentle, with my face and overall care. I loved what was done, but I don’t feel it was worth the price. I was told about micro needling, which I will most likely do, because I have had some acne scaring due to Accutane. My acne was never bad, on a scale of 1-10 it was a 4 at best, but I just wanted to get rid of it altogether. So that procedure was suggested and upon further research I will go through with it this year with this spa, as the master esthetician has great reviews. I thought their business was clean and very calming, even if in an odd placement of the city. It was a little tough to find at first.UPDATE:Amanda was absolute amazing. I wish I would have known from the start to schedule with her! She went above and beyond to make sure I got the treatment I deserved and paid for! We hit it off, she is more than friendly and personable. She is incredibly knowledgeable regarding all things skin! i am pleased with my facial. Every time a new lotion or cream or serum went onto my face, she made sure to explain what I would be feeling and the sensation. My fave feels and looks great. It is a bit red but that’s normal after an extraction. it feels lighter and free of impurities. I have scheduled another appointment 4 weeks out, with her and I cannot wait for what she can do to my face! I recently went to the spa for a customized facial at $70. I filled out their forms, informing them of what I mainly wanted the facial to focus on, as it was customizable to a certain extent, blackhead removal and a relaxing time. The place is very neat and organized and feng shui. It’s the only day spa I will go to. Amanda’s a skincare genius and very professional. If I could rate this 10 stars I would.
