Went in for hair color. Requested ash blond and grey. She showed me the color and I approved. Instead my hair only lightened. I told her that was not what I had showed her. She replied that she had lighted it. I wanted my grey to blend in. Now it is Carmel blond and I will have to color it again in a couple of months which I told her I wanted to avoid. The color I had approved was my root color.
