This is an UPDATE that has absolutely nothing to do with my previous post and experience which deserves 5 stars. Right now I am just furious because I tried to be nice and not leave a negative review by emailing the situation, and I have not received any acknowledgement. So my hair has been braided by ALTHEA who is the most unprofessional stylist I’ve ever dealt with! She was 45 mins late to the shop to do my hair and when she arrived she didn’t even speak or was apologetic to the situation! On top of all that, she barely put one of the colors in my hair as I said I wanted it to be mixed. She asked me how I wanted my tips and I said burnt. The reason I am so upset other than no response from the owner is because it has been two weeks and since the first day my hair has been unraveling cuz she barely burnt my ends. I went back the next day and she said she was on her way, which who knows what happened because another stylist had to correct her mess. Unfortunately they are still unraveling and I have had to put so many rubber bands on the ends. I should be reimbursed at least $40 for all the inconvenience I have been going through because it has been the worst experience! ALTHEA once again is the non caring stylist who left a client sitting for 45 mins with no apologies or the need to even speak good morning when she did arrive and still after the first day of braiding have them unraveling! I DO NOT RECCOMEND HER
