My daughter wanted to cry after going here!! She showed her pic of a color fade and she was told it could be done. The end result was nothing like the pic. She saved her own money and paid $65 for this transitioning. My daughter having a good heart even tipped her $10. And she wants to take them off already! I’m extremely disappointed and no we didn’t have time to complain and want it corrected. Not to mention she’s not that type of person. I will NOT be going back!!

Horrible experience!! They said they don’t take walk ins the day I came.. But sign on front door says otherwise.. False advertising to say the least. Well I’m glad because I found a better place up the street. Love Tammi’s nails much better They do excellent work! And to my surprise they actually take walk-ins.

Very poor customer service here. My sister went into this nail shop to have her nail done. Remind you she was the only black person in there. Before she could sign in they said it’s going to be a long long wait. People know when you getting your nail,hair or anything done it’s going to be a wait. She can take here more money somewhere else .
