Brittany Fitzgerald is very unprofessional. I gave her a picture, she gave me a price. I was told she would get it close, but never exactly cause she put her own spin on everything. The picture was dark hues of rainbow colors, and an asymmetrical bob. The job she did on me was 2 strands of color in the front, colors in the back hidden underneath my hair, and a trim that was not even close to the bob. I expressed my disappointment a couple of days later, and asked her to fix it. She did not apologize, she did not fix it, and when I asked for my money back, she blocked me after saying she would give me a refund. I called her shop, and left a message. She then sent me a message promising me a refund, but then refused and threatened to consider any further communication harassment. Apparently all she can do is color and curl hair. I don’t recommend her as there are many well rounded stylists. Her level of unprofessionalism is uncanny.

Also she doesn’t try to rush the process when it comes down to coloring or bleaching your hair she’s more about keeping your hair healthy when I first came to her I had black permanent color it took us a year to get it blonde but my hair is very healthy and looks great!!!!
