Excellent service. I am on vacation on North Topsail Beach and was due for a manicure. I was helped by Annie. She was very pleasant, professional ,and skilled. I had a dip manicure as I always do. It came out beautifully. I had made an appointment the day prior through their Facebook page. They responded quickly and helped me immediately when I arrived. I never felt rushed and they listened to my requests and did exactly as I asked. I will be back next fall again when I return. I highly recommend this salon and Annie was excellent. Also, prices were very fair and the salon was immaculate.

I walked in at noon with no appointment and asked what their availability looked like for the day. Luckily I only waited about 10-15 minutes before I was helped. A couple people who walked in after me while I was waiting were greeted politely and they were given available times a little later in the day. Annie was my nail technician and she did a fabulous job with my manicure. She paid great attention to detail and was gentle and precise with my manicure. She also did an excellent job with a quick eyebrow wax. I paid $50 before tipping for a gel French Manicure and my eyebrows. I left feeling beautiful and well taken care of in the salon. I will happily return as a customer!

I absolutely recommend this shop 100 percent. I’ve only had 2 ppl from this business work on my hands so far, Quan and Henry. In the whole year I have been coming here I can say with great love in my heart this is the place to go hands down. If you are into special designs or simple nail art like me this is the spot. And the prices are right where they should be. Not overpriced and the service is exceptionally amazing. Friendly people who work hard to make their customers happy and I love it. If yu are wondering should yu come here take my word that yu should.

So this is the second time we go here the first time we were there over 2 hours because we were waiting for service. They kept saying 15 minutes. The first time my pedicure was a disaster but I figured it was because the lady was new. The second time I have made up my mind that I will not be returning. We made appointments and still had to wait. Brought my boyfriends daughter and her nails are uneven in length, there was residue all over her hands to include nail polish. My pedicure was also just as bad. I had gel nails which he splashed the acetone all over my legs and soaked almost half my food in. He rushed and kept nicking me. The place was busy.. I think their business motto is to get as many customers through as possible.. if they just had quality service and learned how to manage appts they would probably get better business. Both times I was there I saw very unhappy customers which I am surprised as to where they are getting there 4 Star rating on here. Regardless I will not be returning this place is most definitely not worth the price or the stress of getting nicked and cut.

Worst experience ever. I have done dip for 5 years and know soaking process is sticky….first 15 to cut cuticles and lotion which I said fine. At the end of service I asked for a DAB of sugar scrub to lesson the green scaly fingers that was caused by soaking. Guy says 7 dollars…I spent $115 and all I wanted was a DAB!!! MY FINGERS LOOK DISGUSTING AND THEY SAID NO. Cheapest product in the world. Nails look fine but I look like I have lizard hands. DONT WASTE 115 THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT.

I would NOT recommend this location. I, along with 2 others went to this location close to a month ago. The money is just now being for sure drafted from my account. The day after a charge was there for the location, and then disappeared, only to resurface again this morning. Not to mention the pedicure was not that great. Seemed scared to massage our feet, and barely scrubbed or did anything to the rough spots on our feet! I’ve done a better job in my own, at home.
