I used to be a regular here and after going to get my nails done recently I remembered why I stopped going. For starters I went to get a basic manicure for my daughter, with gel removal for my toes and a fully dipped set on me and acrylics for my daughter, and 2 basic pedicures. Both pedicures were $40 a piece, with me getting shellac on my toe nails and matching dip with short-medium length nails adding 3 jewels on 2 nails. The application was bumpy and not smooth as if she was a new nail tech. I no longer do acrylics and have been doing dip for some time now by the time I realized she was doing acrylic I told her I wanted dip, but she kept going I should have just left. My daughter got regular polish on her feet and her acrylics. She asked for a basic design and the tech could not do it. While getting my nails done I had purchased 2 mimosas. After finishing she tells me that my total was $255 for what we got. Which was waaaaaaaaay over what I should have paid. Both my nails and my daughters nail were filed down way too far.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI would never return. I say this because I value my dollar probably just like you do!I called made an appointment for 3 pedicures to be done at the same time. I requested this specifically. I said 1:30 they said 2 was better. Okay awesome. We sit down at 2:15.. my sisters gets worked on.. 10 min after that my mom gets worked on… 2:45 I’m still sitting here with my feet In the water. No thanks. By 2:45 we should have all been onto painting. Finally I just let them know I was no longer interested in a pedicure. I showed a photo of what I wanted and it came out so sloppy and poorly done. Was very rushed and they only gave me $5 off at the end even though I showed how low quality they are. Would not recommend to anyone.

Ok so at first I was skeptical after reading the comments. I had a 3:00 pm appointment and I got there early and was told to choose my nail color. I waited about 10 minutes and someone removed my old polish. After which I waited for someone to start the actual nails. It wasn’t a long wait though I can admit communication was a bit poor. Once my nail was started it was finished in no time and I absolutely loved them. I’ve visited a few salons in Seattle and Tukwila area and this has been the best so far. I will definitely be visiting again.

Don’t go to this nail place if you have a special occasion the same day. I asked for dip nails and got a regular manicure because they were short staffed and the lady there didn’t know how to do dip. She was watching video while doing my nails and it was extremely unprofessional. It looked horrible and afterwards I told her to take it off and do a manicure because it was so bumpy. Not worth the money or time because they take forever. They need to hire more staff who actually knows how to do nails.

Decent place to go to for “Okay” nails. Lady, told me $55 as I was checking out and it read $65.50 when I went to sign at the end. The lady sitting down said she had heard $55 as well. Over priced for such an “Okay” job. I had to show her 2 times to fix the clear over coat on my nails. The high stool chairs are very uncomfortable for my bad back.

I really would like to put maybe 2.5-3 stars because while I was seen right away for a simple manicure and the place had a nice atmosphere, I felt like it was a bit impersonal, she didn’t talk to me the whole time. I also wasn’t very satisfied with how my nails came out. Some spots were missed or didn’t get enough even after I asked for another coat of polish. When I showed my partner, they asked me if I did them myself and that’s not something you want to hear after getting them done professionally.
