I have made several appointments during the week and weekends and the owner does not honor the appointments and then is rude to you for mentioning that she forgot your appointment. This place does does not honor appointments and takes a long time on the weekends. If you want to spend 3 hours for your nails and toes on the weekend this is your place. I have made several appointments during the week and weekends and the owner does not honor the appointments and then is rude to you for mentioning that she forgot your appointment. Do not recommend.

Critical: ProfessionalismI saw that someone posted 2 days prior that they had gotten their nails done here, so I thought I’d try them. I called in advance, but when they answered, I asked if they were open, and they said I had the wrong number. I decided to just drop by. Their lights were on, 2 technicians were inside, and the sign said walk-ins welcome, so I walked in. The nail techs looked at me and asked what I wanted, and I asked if they were open? They looked confused and asked if I called before? I told them I tried right before I came, but someone did the number was wrong. They asked my name? I told them Natalie, but I didn’t have an appointment…the phone number. Then one asked me if I had been there before? I told her no, but I was looking for a new place that was open. They told me that nail salons are closed right now because of the governor. I asked why they were there and the door was open? They said that no one was there. I said that I saw a review posted from 2 days ago from someone who got their nails done there, and they basically closed the door on me. I understand being protective of your establishment with the way business is going, but if I’m there to give them business, I don’t understand why they were so rude. They can at least try to explain if they’re only taking old customers? I saw that someone posted 2 days prior that they had gotten their nails done here, so I thought I’d try them. I called in advance, but when they answered, I asked if they were open, and they said I had the wrong number. I decided to just drop by.
