I have been going to Miss Nails for three years now every two weeks. I normally only go to Annie but she no longer works there. Janet (The Owner) is always trash talking any customer who brings forth a complaint about their nails. I was in a rush and gave the young Latina a chance . My nails weren’t good quality but I figured she was learning so I allowed her to finish. I lost two nails the next day and decided to go back in to get them fixed . Janet first told me I would need to wait four days for the young lady to fix it herself. I told her I couldn’t wait four days for a service I had already paid for . She reluctantly accepted I book an appointment with her the following day. As I’m booking the appointment Janet looks at the customer who was next to us and overheard the entire conversation and says “She always complains about something “. I was literally still standing in front of her when she said this. I have never been soo disrespected. I pay good money for my nails and often get designs I was not asking for a hand out. I will post My pictures that she uses on her website as FREE ADVERTISING (Annie did them of course). I doubt half the staff even have a license to perform the services they do. She has teenagers working there now too. Janet clearly cannot keep up with demand and has horrible customer service .

Never fails. I came in at 1:39pm and was told it would be a 1hr wait, which was fine. After waiting over an hour the tips were put on and and I began to be moved from chair to chair while still waiting. They didn’t really get started on my nails until around 3:20pm. The place is never packed yet there is always a ignorant wait time for “certain” people. My last time ever coming to this shop. Owner did my nails so thin that I refused to sit there and let him fix it. They will have you wait hrs for service and then if you don’t like their work they’ll try to have you sit and wait for the trash they did to soak off… to waste more of your time. I didn’t leave their shop until after 4pm. Only one god nail tech who is always booked

First time here and will definitely be my last. I went in for a pedicure and no chip manicure on Last Wednesday. It’s only been 6 days and my nail polish is already chipping as of yesterday. Also when I had my pedicure I notice things floating in my water. I asked for new water and a bag but there was still like things floating in there. The pedicure was nice and they didn’t cut me but other than that, not the best experience.

My technician Mimi is great, does an excellent job on the French manicure. They have the best true no chip products at this salons. All the other salons I’ve been to many nail salons and their no chip does not last long and chips in less then 2 weeks. Please don’t change your no chip products they are great. Got a fill in done by the owner and he made my fingers bleed. I wanted a soft white but I guess it was too complicated and he did my nails pink. Didnt even try to match the color I had so now I have two different pinks on my nails and they look disgusting. He never even apologized for making me bleed he just continued. This place is trash. They rush through customers just to make money.

I came yesterday for a full set as well as getting a soak off for my previous set. A young lady attended me, i’m guessing she’s new. She started off with giving me a soak off which was only supposed to last 10 minutes. She shaved off a bit of the acrylic then put them back in acetone for what was supposed to be 5 min ended up lasting 45. She completely ignored me as she went to attend a whole new client . She finished the client and came back to shave off the rest of the acrylic. After that, she didn’t even start my nails, I had to wait for someone to finish their other client that came after me to be finished. I was completely annoyed, the other nail guy started to do my nails and didn’t even bother to ask how long I wanted them , he literally just cut them. I was so annoyed at this point I just wanted it to be over. A lot of my nails are not even shaped right, never coming back.
