Clean and organized nail place! Their work is beautiful and will follow the picture you show them on the spot! I went in for a manicure and a pedicure and I think it’s my new to go place from now on. I was extremely happy with the outcome of my nails, they were simple and light; just like how I wanted them to be. Staff is super friendly and nice, which makes your experience even better!

I’m very impressed by the service! This was my first visit to this salon and it seemed a bit busy when I walked in, but everyone was working very diligently and it didn’t take long to be seen. I didn’t get the name of my nail tech but she and Karen were very nice! I don’t get my nails done often due to my line of work, but I will definitely be back for special occasions. ❤️

Critical: Professionalism, QualityDefinitely DO NOT recommend. The lady that sits in desk 1 started on my nails. During the process of buffing my nails she continuously got too close to my cuticles and now I have bloody painful cuticles on multiple nails. I did not allow her to continue doing my nails because they started stinging extremely bad and I became frustrated with her. They did give me a discount however they should not allow someone to do nails that’s not properly trained . Definitely DO NOT recommend. The lady that sits in desk 1 started on my nails. During the process of buffing my nails she continuously got too close to my cuticles and now I have bloody painful cuticles on multiple nails. I did not allow her to continue doing my nails because they started stinging extremely bad and I became frustrated with her. My first visit was over a year ago. I walked in and Karen asked me my name, she assigned me to Sally and she was wonderful. I came for my next visit and Karen greeted me and called me by name before I even sat down. I’ve never had a bad experience coming here and I don’t have wait long. I usually am always a walk in. I’ve been bringing my daughter this summer and now she greets her and calls her by name!

I do not get my nails done a lot, but I came here 4 years ago and Karen did the best set of nails I’d ever had done! She mastered ombré which proved to be difficult for a lot of nail techs. I have an event coming up and I came back to Karen, let me tell you she is so personable! Everyone knows her, she remembers everyone by their name, she is so delightful, professional, talented and simply the best! She got me in ASAP, I had a issue with my nails (nothing she did wrong) and she let me come in although she was tired and literally stayed open an extra hour and a half to fix me up. She would not let me pay her for the additional service tonight. Guys, she is everything. If you don’t go to Miss Nails, you’re coming in second best.
