Got a pedi here, and the technician seemed very competent. The customer service side was a bit lacking, though. From the moment I walked in till I left, the employees didn’t talk to me hardly at all but spent the entire time talking and laughing amongst themselves. I’ve had this happen before to some extent at other places, but it was really extreme here this time. I’m totally not expecting to be paid attention to the whole time, but at least give me a chance to say hi and communicate with you a little bit :/

I have been to this business twice for pedicures. I plan to only go there from now on!! They are extremely CLEAN, which other Blue Springs businesses were not! They have packaged individual clean instruments they use for each client. They have you wash your hands when you come in and they wear a mask.

I have been coming here almost 10 year’s now. I had never had a problem until last year when a young gentleman did my dip. Within a few day’s they began chipping I did return and they were happy to fix them. I have not been back until today.. and honestly I wish I would of just went elsewhere. The two young ladies were not very nice when they couldn’t understand what I was wanting on my nails but they did figure it out. The girl that did my toes rushed through them. The girl that did my nails did great until the very end when she put on a color that wasn’t even close to what I picked. At that point I was just ready to leave I paid and will not return.

The pedicure technician was very professional and polite. Pedicure was great. However, the more expensive service ($52) for dipped nails was not good at all and is the sole reason why I won’t be back to this salon. I’ve had many dips removed and new put on and they were all good experiences. But not here. The tech cranked up his rotary file with a metal bit and started to immediately drill the old dip off. It rattled my entire hand, sounded terrible, and was scary. I sat there praying he didn’t slip and take a chunk of skin off. He did in fact slip twice. But the pain was minimal (by this time he had turned the machine down per my request).

Dirty! Overpriced! Not impressed with the cleanliness of this place. They were using tools that were laying out and I did not see them sterilize between customers. They do not clean the pedicure tubs between customers and just rinse with water. My nail polish looked good however they did not do a good job removing dead skin on my feet. I paid $65 for a gel mani and gel pedi, the sign posted on the wall listed it for less $ so I was a bit surprised at the total. I will not be going back and they seriously need to clean tools and equipment between customers before someone gets an infection!
