I went to this spot a few times in the past and never had an experience like I did last week. It first started off good with my Pedi. She stopped twice while doing my service to wax eyebrows. One girl she did twice cause it wasn’t done to her liking. With having getting irritated with that she started to dig into my skin on my toes. Now it don’t take a smart person to know that if somebody starts to kick then stop what your doing. On to the fill-in. She started off good until she started to break the acrylic that I already had. All I had was an overlay on my nails. I asked her to cut them a Lil shorter since that are getting long. I had to stop her from trying to cut to short. Again all I really needed was a fill-in. But I get charged for a full service. 113.10 is what I paid after everything. Never paid that much for a Pedi and fill-in. I just know I’m not going back. Just ruined it for me.

I’ve never been disappointed when I receive my pedicure. I usually get the $45 service and it feels fantastic. I would definitely recommend this nail salon. It’s clean and everyone is respectful and professional. I’m not one for talking and I never feel as if I have to. Yet, other patrons there were talking with their nail technicians and I think that’s great.

Critical: QualityI went in on May 21. i asked for my cuticles to be cleaned up, she told me they were fine. They were not fine. It had been months. Within 2 days they started popping off. Super disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

They did a wonderful job and even though I got a full set of gel nails, a hot stone pedicure AND had my eyebrows waxed I was out of there in no time! My nails look the best they’ve ever looked in my opinion.

I called to ask the price for cleaning and cutting toes nails and they told me thirty dollars ! That’s a whole pedicure with polish ? I just wanted the old REGULAR polish taken off my toes and my toe nails cut. That’s more expensive that south Florida or New Jersey. I hope a glass of champagne is included!

Me and a couple girls came. 2 of them had a lady in the front, she done perfect on there nails I had lady at number 3 she done a poor job rushing and was very very rough with my nails. I asked for ombré and I will attach a photo for what I asked for and what I got, she said she could do it. She didn’t cut my cuticles, she was not very professional at all. As you can see in the picture the beginning of my nails around the cuticles are up and bumpy. I will never come back here again.

I have been going to Miss Nails for close to 20 years now. I have always enjoyed my time there. I get compliments on my nails all the time. My nails last for as long as 4 weeks when I’ve had them done. Yes, the place is busy, but I am willing to wait (and to make an appointment if I can.) I am treated very professionally, and the nail techs listen and respect what I have to say.
