I am almost at a loss of words at this point. I am so very disappointed. I asked for acrylic nails with gel polish on top I wanted a full set, natural nude with white, medium length coffin shaped nail and with some rhinestones. This woman. Lord. Let’s just say I ended up with pearl white chrome. And some of my nails don’t even have the pearl chrome on them. I will post pictures. Five of my cuticles were nicked. The older lady is who did my nails and she wasn’t friendly. Ask for Christina if you do go here she seemed to know what she was doing and she was nice, yes she was very stressed out but she at least let her client walk out with gorgeous nails instead of these things that I ended up with. And I was still charged $58 dollars.

By far the worst experience I’ve had. I’d be surprised if the person who did my nails is even licensed. My nails look terrible, it took forever, and the skin around my nails is abraded from using a new acrylic nail file on my natural nails and too aggressive and inept cuticle cutting. The nail polish was so bad that I asked to have it removed and just have clear polish. There was not even an apology. I was treated like I was the problem. Never again…

I will never set foot in this place again. I’m a straight dude so a mani-pedi for me is about as basic as it gets. The lady made no attempt to communicate with me she just grabbed and tapped my feet and legs to get them where she wanted. There was no foot rub or calf massage. She scrubbed the callus on the ball of my foot and the un-calloused skin above it until I was bleeding, then she ignored all the other callouses. She refused to acknowledge that she had wounded me. She just kept wiping the blood away and looking out the front window, or turning her head 360 degrees to look at the fish tank behind her, while she was working on me! All so she could avoid looking at me.

Received a mani and pedi. This was the worse pedicure I have ever received. The older lady who did my nails never spoke to me. She tapped on my foot and pushed me around. She cut the skin around my cuticle and never acknowledged that it was bleeding. Was very rough nothing was relaxing about the pedicure. I had to ask her to paint the entire toe nail. Very unprofessional. I have tried this place before with same experience but figured I should give them a second chance. Needles to say that was it I’m never going back.

Critical: QualityJust wanted basic gel nails and regular toe paint. $40 wasted. They looked terrible. Went back as they agreed to fix it..different technician couldn’t find my color and ended up painting 8 nails a different shade. So disappointed. I would not recommend.

Critical: Quality3 weeks ago.Paid 40$ for the glow in the dark SNS powder and got 4 tips added. After a week the tips had broke away from the glue ,and the nails didn’t even glow. This wasn’t worth my time or money. I will never go back again. Found a new place in Mebane NC, my new to go place. Quality work and much cheaper.Service: Manicure

This place is close to home and has decent prices – that’s the best comment I can make. If you’re looking for stellar quality, great customer service, and happy employees, this is not the place. If you want a cheap-ish pedicure from someone who will cut your toe, not apologize, and just move on without comment, this place is it. Don’t have any real expectations when you come here, and you won’t be disappointed.
