Rude and unprofessional nail techs. When I called the lady who answered was less than friendly, when I arrived because nowhere else was able to do dip nails last minute, I was hardly greeted. Jessica did help me pick colors and that was nice. All the workers were lounging around whilst the floors were dirty, my nail tech was on and her phone throughout my ripping session, she overused the drill on my nails, cut into the cuticle on my right ring finger didn’t say a word just sprayed alcohol and kept working. She thinned my nails out so much the solution and UV light burned my nail bed. It was just a bad experience all around. The place was cluttered with trash, when I walked in. It didn’t seem if anything was being properly disinfected. And the customer service was less than decent. There were nails on the floor and two of the techs were lounging in pedicure chairs one literally laying on her side, they could’ve easily been cleaning their salon versus lounging around on their phones and chatting.
