Pretty unsanitary. Didn’t sanitize the manicure station prior or after use. They just changed the towel, nothing was wiped down. The tools seemed to not be sanitized after each client. There’s a lot of nail polish stains on the stations as well, as if they don’t deep clean them at all. I got a clear polish manicure and they left dirt still under my nail. They seem to be focused only on getting customers in and out rather than making sure everything is sanitized before use. I hope they improve in their sanitation practices some day.

Whenever I get a chance to make a trip to the salon, I’ve been known to visit this spot. The staff here is exceptional, and they do such an amazing job at cleaning up my crusty hands after a long day of coding! It’s great knowing that there are numerous nail salons in my city where they don’t mind treating you like family. This one, in particular, is spectacular because it goes above and beyond the customary services offered by your average nail salon. Yesterday, I went to get my nails done at Miss Nail Lounge, and the experience was amazing. The manicurist who did my nails was very kind and professional, and she made sure to explain the process, which gave me results that I loved. Management should definitely meet with this woman because I feel that she’s a great asset to their team. This is one of my favorite places in this area to go due to their unique styles of nail polish which are so hard to find!

I was here the other day, and my sister raved about getting her nails done. Sissy me had never gotten hers done before, so when I saw a special going on for Mother’s Day, I made sure to get in early. When I got my nails done 3 days ago, I was thrilled with how fantastic they looked and that since it was a special going on, I didn’t pay as much as what regular prices are.
