If I could it would be a -10. Have never had such bad service ever!!! Any place!!! And I was a regular customer. I came for a manicure and pedicure and had just finished the pedicure when 2 other walk in customers came in – I was told just a minute – 30 minutes later after the manicurist returned after shampooing one and doing another treatment in the back for the other customer! I remover my polish, thinking she would be back. I left without manicure and the women had the audacity to ask if I wanted to add something when I paid – I don’t tip for horrible no service!

My go to hairdresser is Julie. For a very good price I get a terrific haircut, every time. What I love about Miss Bess’ is that it’s a no nonsense establishment. You go in and you’re out in no time flat. I know that there are many loyal customers because as someone walks in they are typically greeted by name. Love this place!
