i got my nails done here and all i wanna say is BAD & TERRIBLE, other than that everyone is fine and lovely. But there shouldn’t be anyone working that has no idea what they are doing with the patient nails. I’ve never gotten BAD nails.

Horrible. This place was recommended to me by one of the nail tech”s sister. I made an appointment for my nails. I’ve never been there before so I didn’t know parking was such an issue and I traveled an hr to get there during rush hr. So I was a little late, when I got there my tech had just let someone in the chair, she had not started this persons nails and there was another available tech that could have done the other person’s nails. I was asked what I was getting and I said I had an appt, which she confirmed with the tech. 40 mins later she is still doing this other person’s nails. I asked the lady in the front, whats going on, do I have to wait for her to do a whole full set and polish when I had an appt? She mumbled something about she is going to start me and it didn’t happen. I understand schedules get behind and run over but a whole 40 mins and she wasnt even almost done. Why as customers is it ok for us to wait, but they can’t wait 5 minutes for us if we are looking for parking? She would not have lost out on money because I wasnt a no show, I was there. This was just bad customer service, so me and my money left. If you are ok with walk in service and waiting… cool, but if not this is NOT the place to come
