I was refered to Joyce, and made an appointment. I was impressed with the feeling of openness in the salon, and its spa-like decor. Since I ‘ve been wearing a wash/go I have had many a bad short haircut. My stylist Joyce really took time with my hair, and gave a great cut! Thank you!

My experience here was all of amazing. I didn’t have an appointment I walked in an was greeted right away by the owner Dee. Although she was booked solid she made time for me with no problem. Shes such a sweetie. The atmosphere is relaxing the decor is beautiful an the salon is very clean. I felt so comfortable from beginning to end. Even her clients are amazing. I will DEFINITELY be returning. I found me a new home . Thanks again DEE I’m feeling myself with this new cut ❤️. I HIGHLY recommend this salon you won’t be disappointed.

I highly recommend Mishawn’s Salon. Dee the owner is a one of a kind stylist. She has such a beautiful, humble and down to earth spirit. From the time you walk in the door you are greeted and treated like First Class from the staff. Mishawn’s Salon definitely caters to any hair type and all ages. I have natural hair, and have been looking for someone to give me a trim, color, and silk press. Dee executed the look I wanted and most of all really put pride into her work. Today was my first appointment and will not be last. I anticipate my future appointments and the compliments I’ve already been receiving from Dee slaying my hair. I have been a client of Dee’s for over a decade. When I first met her my hair was as thinning and balding in the top. She turned the condition around in a short period of time. Now my hair is beautiful and thick. I prefer to wear short and sassy haircuts. Everywhere I go I get complements on my hair. Dee is very creative, personable and professional. She gave me her stylist Joyce’s number who she thought would do well with my hair. My hair is natural and I’ve had crochets for the past several months so it was in bad shape and I needed a trim. I called Joyce and she called me back later on and said that I could come in the next day. When I got there it was at my appt time and Joyce was very nice and saw me immediately. I also like that they adhere to COVID safety. The shop was very nice and clean and there were only 3 stylists there, including Joyce, and only the two clients being seen by the other stylists, and everyone was wearing masks the entire time. Joyce took the time to wash, comb my hair out (since the ends were very tangled) and I got a trim, and style. My daughter’s hair was damaged and broken off due to something my daughter had put in her hair, Dee helped my daughter’s hair to become healthy and grow well beyond her shoulders. I was seen on time as soon as I walked in for my appointment. I was Day’s only appointment so there was no waiting for her to perform a service on anyone else. She was clearly knowledgeable about natural hair. I loved all of the products used and how my hair responded to them. The scalp massage was heaven. The salon was well decorated with a sophisticated ambience and everyone was very professional yet also welcoming. This is the salon I have been looking for I will definitely become a regular.
