Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI came into the salon for the first time 12/22/2021, because I wanted a nice look to celebrate my husband’s birthday later that evening. The salon was clean, Ms. Keisha was professional & extremely welcoming, and the regular clients that were there also made my experience delightful. Not only was I pleased with my hair & service, but my husband loved it! I most certainly recommend Mirrors of Beauty to all considering a visit. I came into the salon for the first time 12/22/2021, because I wanted a nice look to celebrate my husband’s birthday later that evening. The salon was clean, Ms. Keisha was professional & extremely welcoming, and the regular clients that were there also made my experience delightful. Not only was I pleased with my hair & service, but my husband loved it! I most certainly recommend Mirrors of Beauty to all considering a visit. Thank you Ms. Keisha!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had Keisha cut and relax my hair. I was only partially pleased with the outcome. Once I had straightened out my hair at home I had realized that it was extremely uneven and choppy so I texted her the next day and she called me back. Instead of being able to come to a solution she tried to guilt trip me by saying she charged me less than she should of and she told me that I didn’t know what I want. When I tried to be honest with her about my feelings and told her that I didn’t want her to cut my hair again she called me a disrespectful child. We couldn’t even move past that point because she continued to yell. I eventually had to hang up on her because of the disgusting way she was acting. Once I had straightened out my hair at home I had realized that it was extremely uneven and choppy so I texted her the next day and she called me back. Positive: ProfessionalismI definitely heard great things about the hair Salon I live in Villa Rica never been to her but all great things about her place. Definitely have to let her hook up my hair. Randi Definitely would like for her to do one of these
