Here on out of town business trip and was desperate for a new cut and color and they quickly got me in within 24 hours. Not only did I get in quickly with Amy but can honestly say hands down best color and cut I have had in ages! Not saying that lightly and have been some high end spas that didn’t do half as good as she did and tbt other hair cuts I saw walk out by other stylist impressed me just as much. Highly recommend!!!

Critical: ProfessionalismWhile my four-year-old son was getting his haircut he coughed. The gal that was cutting his hair backed up and had a panic attack in front of everyone. Treating us as if we had some sort of apocalyptic disease. Questioning us whether or not we had Covid. Scared my son and It was embarrassing to say the least. She continued to half way finish his hair after putting on a mask and making a huge scene.. It was hard for me not to lose it, but I did not for the sake of my son and everyone else in the shop. I even paid for both of our haircuts. His hair now needs to be fixed as it is not finished properly. I feel sorry for the lady, living in that much fear cannot be healthy. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSasha and Morgan are always amazing. Morgan cut my husband’s hair as well as my brother in law’s hair in quick time and it looked SO good. Sasha styled my hair for me on a whim while I was just waiting, which I was so grateful for! Best salon in the Region by far.

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. The WORST customer service imaginable. I stood by the front desk for 15 minutes before any of the 3 employees looked up from there phones to acknowledge me! I signed my sons name on the paper, a couple walked in after me. With NO appointment and the employee took the couple first. If you are not in their ‘click’ or one of their friends, you will NOT get any service. I will never step foot in that place ever again. I do not and will never recommend this place to anyone.
