My experience at mirror mirror was amazing! The staff was so friendly and sweet. So easy to relax and talk too! This was my first massage my girlfriend and I booked the couple massage and it felt amazing! Definitely enjoyed myself from the start to finish. Would recommend this spa experience to anyone!

Unfortunately, like so many other 1 star reviews on this establishment, I would also give a zero if possible. I’ll try to keep this short…. So I purchased a Groupon for a manicure and pedicure for 2 on August 16, 2022. I called the Salon on August 17, 2022 to schedule the appointment and received an appointment for August 23, 2022 at 10:15am. We arrived at 10am and waited to be greeted but no one came. We yelled “Hello” for several minutes. Eventually a lady emerged from the back, disheveled and stated the nail tech called in with covid and that we would need to reschedule. We rescheduled for Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 3:45pm. We arrived at 3:30 and were rudely greeted by the troll of a person siting at the computer. Who ever so rudely asked what the appointment was for and pretended not to see my appointment and then rudely walked away without saying anything and attended to a customer that walked in the door. Another stylist asked us to have a seat. We waited for 15min with no service. I contacted Groupon only to find out that this place stole my money because they redeemed my voucher on August 17th when I called to book the appointment. Not only were they rude and highly unprofessional, Mirror Mirror Salone & Spa STOLE MY MONEY. THIS PLACE IS A WASTE OF TIME, MONEY, AND SPACE. Never again. But if you still want to try out this place, I would suggest not giving them your voucher information until after your appointment and services have been rendered.

Unbelievably rude staff. I received an email saying I scheduled an appointment when I did not. I called to see what was going on and the person on the phone was unhelpful and did not want to take the time to fix the problem nor give me a confirmation that this false appointment would truly be cancelled.

Horrible experience! As a mom of two it’s hard enough to get out. And I’m not even picky. I left with half my pedicure and no manicure. And I was there for an hour and 30 minutes! The staff was super friendly but seems like I was her first manicure pedicure ever. I pretty much filed my own nail and my previous nail polish was still on my nails. What a waste of my time and money

I scheduled a massage for my bf and he couldn’t come, so I did (after they already let me reschedule). I had a 60 min swedish massage from Alisha. When I tell you it was amazinggg!! I feel asleep twice. I felt like I was on cloud 9. this was my second visit and i’m definitely coming back. kinda glad he couldn’t make it lol
