I had my hair done by Tamara and she destroyed it. I was doing shadow root while going blonde. The first time I went to her she did such and amazing job. Then I decided to go to her again to go lighter. She left so many blotches and inverted rings all through out my hair. I addressed the issue and she said it was beacuse my hair was already like that, but when she did my hair the very first time I didnt have blotches nor inverted rings. She was upset that she had to redo my hair again. She not only had do it over once but 3 times and she still didnt do it right. I still have about 4 different shades in my hair from all the blotches and inverted rings she left. I dont understand why she couldnt have just said that she couldnt do it and pointed me to someone who could. Instead she was upset that she had to redo something that she should have done right the first time.
