Review reflects the average of two visits here. The first, my hair was cut and it looked great. A little shorter than expected after our conversation, but it looked great, so I came back. I was a minute or two early (I texted someone after I checked-in, so I have a time stamp) and the stylist I had booked was just starting on someone else. She told me she’d be right with me. Nothing was said to me again, not even by the owner, who appeared to take the woman sitting next to me back. The owner looked at me then and several times while she was working, but said nothing. Didn’t ask who I was, if I had an appointment, didn’t offer a water (not even when she got her own client a water), or promise it wouldn’t be much longer. Nothing. The cut my stylist was working on was complicated. She kept asking for advice from the owner. There was no way she was ever going to be right with me. Look, I get things don’t always go smoothly and mistakes can happen, but literally a friendly word or two would have made all the difference. Instead, it was awkward and uncomfortable. After 25 minutes, I stood up and got closer to see if my stylist was almost done. When still no one said anything, I figured they weren’t worried about losing my business, so I left.

The salon is very clean and pleasant inside. Jada is an excellent stylist and executed the photo I brought in perfectly. The other stylists seemed to be very talented and knowledgeable from the conversations I overheard regarding coloring options and extensions.

I LOVED Allie! She was so sweet and knew exactly how to handle my hair. She did exactly what I asked her to do (which was just simple trim and shape) and she nailed it. You can’t even tell that my hair was cut, which is exactly what I wanted. My hair is so soft and healthy now. I plan on seeing her again very soon for a color touch-up!

Michelle has been cutting and styling my hair for many years. I would follow her anywhere except out of the country! (this is a joke people). Michelle has a truly special talent for creating the hair style that fits “you to a t.”. She has taken her time and efforts to remain abreast of what is relevant now and into the future. Michelle’s smile, humor and personality, not forgetting her coiffure abilities, will most always land her in the top two people here in Cincy (so far I have failed to locate the other one; perhaps she/he does not exist hereabouts.
