Went in wanting a change. I had an amazing stylist named Taylor that I showed what styles and colors I liked and she worked magic. She gave me her professional opinion on what she thought would go well with my hair texture and I absolutely love it. Very professional and enjoyable time. Will definitely be back to see Taylor ! The place it’s self is nice hard to find but the environment is ok. I had an appointment for almost a month. Last week I took my mom for her appointment. Mine was for yesterday and let me tell you that all I got was a phone call telling me that based off very limited time with the lady that cut my mom’s hair who was also to perm mine and cut she called to say she can’t do it. Basied off of asking my mom who had no clue if I have bleached hair or not. Not even speaking to me until say she can’t n how she knew last week that she couldn’t. That she was going to calle last week but it slipped her mind until Tuesday night and called me that morning to cancel without notice or giving me time to find someone who could do my hair. I told her how unprofessional it was for her to call the day of and given me no time yesterday to find some else to do it. Horrible service. Will not come back with my mom .

Had my eyelashes done and removed right way! They were awful and gigantic, they even touch my eyebrows and took 20% of my vision . It was nothing like I showed on picture prior appointment to make sure lash specialist can do the same. It was not even close to picture . After lashes were done pieces at the end come out right way so specialist tried to glue them back . We also tried to trim it to make shorter at the corner of eye but it wasn’t work . Look supposed to be cat eye smaller length eyelashes from the corner of eye to longer at the end . All eyelashes were the same length. Some man there try to convince I will used too but I am so sorry I cannot used to something what make me look like Drug Queen . Eyelashes looks very fake and were not well done by experienced specialist . It was done very quick as well as removal and of course I was charge for full set of volume eyelashes and for removal in-spite of unhappy outcome. And of course I paid my bill in full. After all that unhappy experience I was offered facial service. It was like a joke . I left home fully unhappy . I wouldn’t recommend this specialist , she does the same eyelashes looks to all her clients . She cannot achieve more then she does . I wouldn’t consider her as experienced eyelash specialist at all. I wish I had made picture to compare , I was so upset that I didn’t think of it 🙁
