When we went to the appt both my daughter and I were very impressed with Katie, she was very informative and made sure we knew exactly what was going on and what she was using and even went out and bought product they didn’t have just special for my 12 yr old. My 12 yr old was gifted a facial for Xmas from her aunt who had talked to darn near every place in our area for who could help my daughter the best since she knows things about this stuff and I do not.
