Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI should have read reviews. Not a salon for a cut. I’ve been here 3 times. First time color and cut. Color was great, bangs were butchered but they’re bangs and I have a cowlick, I can see where that is a challenge for an inexperienced stylist? 2nd time, color was Great!!! 3rd time?? Color (ROOT TOUCHUP) did not take on one small section. The stylist asked if I’d like that section redone? Of coarse?? While being worked on the Owner? whispered into the stylist ear….? stylist corrected the the spot and then cut. A simple blunt angle cut. It is uneven from one side to the other, it angles, but does not blend into the back. I was then charged $80.00. I called the next day and was told root touch-up and cut is 65.00 and I was charged 80 because they had to use extra color? How was that my fault. A root touch-up???? Lesson learned. I should have read reviews. Not a salon for a cut. I’ve been here 3 times. First time color and cut. Maddison made me feel right at home and was so helpful with helping me find the products I needed to maintain my style. I love the boutique feel of the shop and the kind staff. Book an appointment! Critical: ProfessionalismI tried to use their services. I called several days in advance as I had a job interview and wanted a color, highlight, low light and cut and style. So I was going to spend some money. They called me an hour before my appointment t and said they would have to cancel as the person before me needed more attention and they were going to take care of her and cancel me. That a as so unprofessional. Not even offering an alternative. Will never go there . Even if they do a good job, it isn’t worth it if you needed your hair done for something like an interview and they just cancel with no thought or considerationI tried to use their services. I tried to use their services. I called several days in advance as I had a job interview and wanted a color, highlight, low light and cut and style. So I was going to spend some money.
