Critical: ValueSo I’ll first off say the cut I got is nice, but for someone who wanted to cut their hair length, which I did not ask for. I grew my hair out for a year and a half and had long hair which I loved. I asked to “clean up as I am trying to grow it out” . A “clean up” is a way to stay fresh between cuts if you’re happy with the length. The length was trimmed on the top/ back of my head basically in half. Not sure how, but communication lacked its purpose here, where as all I should have got was each strain of hair cut slightly as I am “growing it out” . The cut made it so that the back of my head will now curl hair in place of the long lengths of hair I had. Not sure how this cut came into play here but sometimes I feel like hairdressers do what they think looks best instead of what you ask. Like I said communication is key, which was not valued in my experience here.
