We are a locally owned and operated salon here in Rincon, GA. Two twin sisters with the same passion of doing hair. Hence the name Mirror Image. We have a team of 6 stylist and growing and we strive to have excellent customer service and satisfaction! Lindsey Lamb is a great stylist and didn’t skip a beat taking over from my previous salon. She is very personable and definitely knows what she’s doing. I had an amazing salon experience with Tawny! I knew that my hair desperately needed to be cut, but I did not know how much and I have a hard time parting with my length. I had a number in my head for what I was “willing” to give up but instead, Tawny and I talked about giving my hair what it needs instead of focusing on numbers, and in the end I did not give up too much hair and was so happy with the result. I had questions about how to move forward with keeping my curls happy and bouncy and she answered all of my questions and took the time to educate me on how to properly care for my hair. Like I said, it was an amazing experience.

Went in 2 weeks before my appointment for a “consultation “ because I want to go ahead and go gray, since it’s really starting to show anyway. Have a special event coming up and wanted to get ready for it. So my consultation with Whitney was the equivalent of her running her fingers through my hair and telling me it would take approximately 3 hours for the color, highlights, and cut. No problem. One hour before my appointment she texts me telling me she just realized, from looking at my card, that I’d had a perm last August 2021 (9months ago) and she’s not comfortable putting silver highlights in my hair. Not a phone call to talk to me about any other options, a text. She didn’t ask me once, during my consultation, about anything I’ve done to my hair, never discussed anything about anything that’s been done, but an hour before my appointment basically cancels. If she is supposed to be the professional about why weren’t questions asked during my consultation. Rudeness is unacceptable and texting me about it instead of a phone call is unprofessional.

Rylee is seriously the best! I didn’t book my appointment right for what I wanted, but she took the time to get me started with it anyway. My hair was fried, flat, and lifeless when I went in. After today, I can actually run my fingers through it, and I have volume. Also I never feel awkward when I’m in her chair, she’s so sweet and likes to keep the conversation going. Thanks Rylee!
