I have been going with Michele, the hair stylist for some years now. I come in from Southwest suburbs because she is always quick, very efficient and I always leave feeling more beautiful than when I came in. She does layers for my hair. Michele is trying to convince me to do gray highlights for my graying hair, lol, she is almost there. The price, cannot be beat for the professionalism shown. I refuse to try anyone else.

I don’t know what “IT” is, but this place has it. Kind people greet you, and they obviously have loyal customers because of everyone greeting customers by first name basis. Michelle is my wife’s go to, and it’s always a great experience. Coffees great too.

I have attempted to call the salon multiple times to discuss the matter of your stylist not providing the service that I requested. It appears that my calls are being screened as a means to avoid me. I have had other people call before and after me (calls being answered then)to prove my theory. I have been documenting everything for time stamps. I wanted to handle this issue amicably as soon as possible without escalating to social media or putting in a complaint to the BBB and IDFPR. How this situation is being handled as well as communication directly impacts the integrity of the salon and owner Tina.

Me and my boyfriend have been coming here for at least 6 months, maybe more. I’m female and keep my hair pretty short so it requires a lot of maintainance and my boyfriend and I have alternative kinda haircuts and can ask for a lot of creativity. Shannon has always delivered and can keep up with my pickiness. She’s super fun to talk to, too! Everyone here treats you like family and the atmosphere is cozy while being trendy. The price is just right, a high end cut without a super high end price. Totally worth going!
