On New Years Eve I had a an appt for highlights at another establishment. Long story short they were nothing like what I asked and they came out brassy. Now this is New Years Eve and it’s about 3:30 when I was desperately looking for a salon that could repair this disaster. I called Mirela’s and at first she thought it was one of her earlier clients. When I let her know what happened she offered me an appt her next business day which would be Tuesday. Now, this is Saturday and I couldn’t go out this way. She was going to close her salon at 4 and now this is 3:35. She must of hurt the desperation in my voice and later on she said I sounded nice . She told me to just come on over and that she would have it fixed. I was there within 20 min and within 25 min she had me looking better than I originally expected from the other place. I 100% recommend Mirela’s and I have definitely found a new place to do my highlights. Not only did she explain the whole process but she and her staff were amazing and funny. They made my New Year!!

I went in for a cut & blowout today. Had passed here many times before but never thought to inquire. I saw they were on ClassPass so I decided to give it a shot. The ladies were soo sweet and pleasant. Anita cut and blew out my hair. Ask what I wanted and along the process asked if there was anything I wanted differently or changed, she was very sweet. I will be going back whenever I need a haircut and blow out
