Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI was always hesitant to get my first lip injections. I decided to get dermal fillers at my friends Summer spa. They numbed my lips and injected it with dermal filler. I was so nervous! I was so pleased with the results! I would absolutely recommend it. I was always hesitant to get my first lip injections. I decided to get dermal fillers at my friends Summer spa. They numbed my lips and injected it with dermal filler. I was so nervous! I was so pleased with the results! I would absolutely recommend it. Thank you summer and miramed for your excellent customer service and to make my Anxiety go away. Critical: Professionalism, ValueI was so disappointed with my results after numerous treatments to heal my acne scars. They went over my face so quickly every session it felt like they just wanted to get it over with and get the treatment done with as soon as possible(keep in mind i prepaid). I dont think they even cared to give me a thorough treatment because they had already gotten their money from me. Im sure this is why i saw no difference in my scars after all my treatments were done. I prepaid for 3 micro needling sessions which i didnt even know i prepaid for. The receptionist didn’t tell me she was charging me for the full $700 until i saw my bank statement. So please Dont waste your money here! They care more about money than giving you thorough treatments.
