Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI paid $72 here for bad customer service bad attitude and unclean/ unsanitized instruments being used. I almost walked out but my nails were already filed down. Very rough and aggressive. Scared I might get an infection & my nails are uneven lengths and crooked first and last time coming here. I paid $72 here for bad customer service bad attitude and unclean/ unsanitized instruments being used. I almost walked out but my nails were already filed down. Very rough and aggressive. Scared I might get an infection & my nails are uneven lengths and crooked first and last time coming here. At first glance it seems nice but please save your money and go somewhere else.

Critical: ProfessionalismBeen awhile since I’ve been with the pandemic going on. Didn’t complain before, service is super slow so plan to be there a long time! But they did really good work when I went the last few times so I let the time frame slide. This is really about the unprofessional experience I had. Came in the day before to check and see if they could do a particular design and to set an appt. for a mani/pedi service since I have a busy day planned on the next day. They told me no don’t worry about an appt. just call before I come and it’s fine. I let them know I’d be coming early in the morning after they open. They don’t open until 9 which is when I called and stated I was on my way. I only live 5mins away. For her to tell me no she can only do one or the other since she has a 10a.m. appointment and didn’t know I was coming. So not only did they not let me set an appt. but let someone else, they also said I had to choose which I wanted like it was my fault. Needless to say I won’t be back. Been awhile since I’ve been with the pandemic going on. Didn’t complain before, service is super slow so plan to be there a long time! Well the male technician took it upon himself to do something different and they didn’t do my pedicure because two female caucasian entered into the store and they had no more time for me. I was the first patron in the door at around 9:20a, I asked for gel nails and pedicure. Well the male technician took it upon himself to do something different and they didn’t do my pedicure because two female caucasian entered into the store and they had no more time for me. I will never patronize them again. The female is rude and the male is slow.

Critical: QualityI went in and got my toe nails painted with regular polish, not gel and they charged me $15 and my polish came off the NEXT day. Very unhappy with my service.Service: Pedicure
