Experience was terrible! The first red flag should’ve been when the man doing my nails asked me to pay half way through instead of at the end. He tried to double charge me for wanting gel instead of standard polish and when I expressed my concern of paying DOUBLE not $20 more but the same amount I already paid he was completely okay with me leaving without my nails finished. I mind you I didn’t tip like a slouch either. Will never come to this place again and do not recommend anyone going if you’ve never been. There are way to many nail salons in the area to be taken advantage of by this one! DO NOT RECOMMENDED

I have been going to Mirage Nails for 15 years. The place is very clean and David and Bic are very kind, professional, and friendly. My French manicure lasts at least 2-3 weeks and I am rough on my nails. I have tried other places in the past and it would not last even 3 days. My mom moved here and starting going to Mirage and will not let anyone else do her nails. It is a wonderful place. It’s is very clean, affordable, and they do an excellent job.

This has been my Spa for over 10 years. They have excellent service, friendly people, and a nice comfortable atmosphere. They are very accommodating and always go the extra mile to make me happy. If this were not the case, I would not still be going there. Mirage Nails has very reasonable pricing and is comparable to all other shops.

Me and my sister in law only go to this nail salon, we have for many years. They are wonderful people, who do a wonderful job. It is a family owned just a husband and wife so they know us very well. We have went a few other places and have never been satisfied anywhere but here. We are very happy everytime we leave, and only like going here!

If I could give this place a 0 star, I would!! The WORST nail shop I have ever been in my life. They charge an extra $5 for EVERYTHING!!! First off, I felt a very weird vibe upon entering. The staff is not very friendly at all. After being here 3 hrs, my nails looked like my 3 yr. old did them. I asked for a full set and pedicure. My pedicure was originally $30 & regular full set $28 & I was told to remove the little bit of dead skin I had on my heel, it would be an extra $5 . Well, the whole point of getting a Pedicure IS to remove dead skin, cuticles, etc… DUH . I said to him “well Sir, what am I paying $30 for if you’re not going to do it? No. I will not pay $5 extra for a service that should be included. Then, he went on & did his job (poorly). Secondly, I asked for almond shaped nails & not too long. He did a squavol shape . After I told him the shape was not what I asked for, a lady came and took over, but still gave me a coffin shape. She asked if I liked , I said no, it’s not almond shaped & their too long, but I’ve been here 2hrs already & I have to be somewhere soon. She than put my acrylic on very thin. I asked her to make them thicker-she did but they were still too thin for coffin shape nails (they could break easily). So after going through all of that-I sat under the nail dryer 20min & they still were not dry because she put too much acetone in the nail polish before shaking the bottle. Thinking they were dry after 15min. I messed 2 of them up & was told that they could fix for $5… seriously? When it’s your fault to begin with? Went up to to pay for my services & it was $72!!!! I asked the man what the extra charges were for & he says “for your nail reshape & length “. I said, “what?”. You charged me a extra $14for a shape & length that you did wrong to begin with, & she tried to correct it?” That’s Insane!!! 3 days later, several nails popped off and several broken. I will NEVER return there if it’s the last place in the world doing nails. Do Not Waste Your Time here. See pic below.

I went in to get my nails done on my birthday. I asked for black gel nail polish. As she was applying it she got it all over my cuticles, thinking she would fix it I didn’t say anything until the very end when she asked, ” do you like?” I’m usually an easy going person and I don’t cry, but this place did such a horrible job I had tears in my eyes. I told her no, it looks horrible. They said we can redo it. I was crunched for time and told them to take it off. They took if off alright for $14.00. DON’T ever go here.

Been waiting for 30 minutes for a “walk in” pedicure. I am waiting on a tow truck and I’m sure that’ll be here before they even get me back. Only 2 people on staff on a Saturday at 1pm.
